For you who live in another city, state or even country, and want a diagnosis and quote for your treatment at Maxila Center®!
Follow these steps:
1. Go to a dental radiology clinic in your city and request the tests below:
Cone Beam Computed Tomography in Dicom
● Maxilla and mandible regions Total
Zygomatic region
Digital Panoramic Radiography
Extra- and intra-oral photos, containing photos of the arches and the smile.
✓ Ask the Radiology Clinic to give you a CD containing all the photos in .jpeg and the digital exams in .Dicom and send it via WeTransfer to the following email address: exames@maurolino.com.br
Once we have received your tests, a pre-diagnosis will be made. Complementary exams as well as the completion of a digital medical record will be requested in order to draw up your treatment plan.
Exams for zygomatic implant surgery
After we have provided your diagnosis, estimated values and treatment plan will be required:
a- Laboratory tests
Tests requested from the Clinical Analysis laboratory
b- ENT doctor.
Medical assessment with report (absence of sinusitis and other pathologies).
c – Cardiologist.
Medical evaluation with report by a cardiologist (anesthesia)
